We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 5–10 business days after payment has been confirmed. Processing times may be longer during promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping and Delivery

After an order has been processed and shipped, delivery to the United States generally takes an additional 7–21 days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and available shipping method.

Duties and Taxes

Wearlumi covers applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees for orders shipped to the United States. If you are asked to pay any additional customs-related charge, please contact us at support.wearlumi@gmail.com before making payment.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.
